Strong & Steady Fitness

Safety

Use the Strong & Steady Check only when it feels safe.

This platform is for wellness education. It helps you notice confidence, starting point, and areas to improve.

Safety first

Stop rules for the Strong & Steady Check

  • Stop immediately if you feel chest pain, severe shortness of breath, faintness, new dizziness, sharp pain, or sudden weakness.
  • Use a sturdy support surface and keep a phone nearby if you choose to try any optional movement task.
  • Skip any task that feels unsafe, unclear, painful, or not right for your body today.
  • If you have had a recent fall, injury, surgery, or a new medical concern, talk with a clinician, PT, or OT before progressing.

When to choose caution

Choose the caution-first Strong & Steady Functional Profile if you report a recent fall, recent injury, new symptoms, dizziness, chest pain, or feeling unsafe without support.

That profile should recommend speaking with a clinician, PT, or OT before progressing with optional movement tasks or a new exercise plan.
