Device setup

Watching Strong & Steady at home

Quick setup checklist

Strong & Steady is designed to be easy to watch from home. You do not need a perfect setup to begin; choose the screen that makes the next step feel manageable.

Before you press play

Make sure you can hear the video, see the screen comfortably, and pause whenever you want more time.

Step 1

Choose the easiest screen

Start with the phone, tablet, laptop, or desktop that feels simplest. You can move to a TV later.

Step 2

Check sound first

Turn the volume up before starting a lesson so you are not adjusting settings after the video begins.

Step 3

Keep the space simple

Clear a small area and keep a sturdy chair or countertop nearby for comfort and confidence.

Step 4

Use TV casting only if familiar

If casting or screen mirroring feels frustrating, skip it. A smaller screen is better than a complicated setup.
